Paid work begins only under an agreed proposal, order or service agreement. It takes precedence over this website if there is a conflict about the services purchased.

Customer-facing commitments, sensitive decisions and escalation responsibilities must be addressed in the agreed workflow. Describing a capability on this website does not mean it is active or included in every plan.
