Where should we start?

Do we need to rebuild our website?
Our focus is acquisition and follow-through. We begin with the site and systems you have. A focused conversion improvement or landing page may support the plan when there is a clear reason for it.
Do you only work with one type of business?
The approach is designed for local service businesses that rely on inquiries, appointments or consultations. We assess your market, service capacity, advertising eligibility and requirements before recommending a scope.
Is every AI employee included?
No. Capabilities, editions, integrations and usage allowances vary. Your proposal confirms what is included, what needs additional setup and what your team remains responsible for.
Will you train our team?
Yes. Guided onboarding and practical education are part of how we work. The relevant Business Center features, inquiry process and reporting are explained within your agreed scope.
What will you need from us?
Accurate business information, appropriate account access, timely approvals and a person responsible for customer follow-up. We agree responsibilities before launch and arrange access through an appropriate secure process.
How much does it cost?
Scope comes first. Your proposal separates setup, ongoing services, advertising spend and software or usage charges, including the billing currency. There is no universal package price published here.
Are there long-term contracts or cancellation fees?
The term, renewal, cancellation and any refund conditions are set out in the service agreement before you commit. Website descriptions do not replace those agreed terms.
Can you guarantee leads, rankings or revenue?
No. Outcomes depend on your market, offer, budget, competition and follow-through. We agree the work and measurement upfront and make the limits of the evidence clear.
Is there a chatbot on this website?
Yes. AI Welcome is Traffic Catapult’s AI conversation assistant. It can answer general questions and help you request a conversation with our team. You can ask questions without sharing contact details; follow-up requires a contact method you choose to provide.
